What Is the Standard Order Procedure?

We offer a selected EDI procedure for order processing and shipping. You will receive final notifications with tracking information for international shipping. Please contact our Riga office at Rezenes 3A, or call +371 67797 550. Our managers will send you a proforma invoice with terms and pricing.

How Can I Register as a Customer?

To register as a customer, you can use the Baltic-Stars tracking platform for client analysis to start cooperation. It's necessary to email the following documents:

  • Company registration documents
  • Proof of VAT registration
  • Copy of ID card or passport of a board member (please cover sensitive personal data)
  • A fully completed Know Your Client (KYC) form signed by a person with authorized signature rights (e.g., director or board member)

What Are the Payment Terms, Current Offers, and Pricing?

Baltic-Stars Ltd. is a European fast-moving FMCG distributor with stable dynamic shipment operations. Join us to trade market supplements around the globe. All payments are made through Citadele Banka (PARXLV22) in euros. If you wish to pay in another currency, such as USD or GBP, we will calculate the exact international bank rate at the time of clearance into our account.

What Are the Transportation and Shipment Terms?

Baltic-Stars provides forward-looking non-risk transportation with tracking and individual credit ratings identification. We offer full-truck loaded shipments with short delivery terms across Europe and the globe. We provide very competitive transportation rates for destinations in Europe and around the world. We can easily organize tracking for 4-5 pallets or 10-14, or full truckloads to any EU or global destination with reliable international transportation contractors.

Is There Insurance for Transportation?

Yes, we provide insurance on request for our customers. The normal rate is 0.3% of the invoice amount, with a minimal premium of 140 EUR.
